General Questions

Q: Are you offering any chocolate making classes/events?

A: Not at the moment. When we do begin offering classes again we will send out an email announcing it. Please make sure you are subscribed to our email newsletter, we call it the K-Dub Club! 


Q: What locations do you have in Texas or across the U.S?

A: We have 3 permanent locations in the DFW area. We also have a seasonal shop in Houston for the 2022 Holiday season. For details like the location, store hours, and phone numbers of our shops, please check out our locations page here


Q: Do I need to refrigerate my chocolates? How long are they good for? 

A: We recommend storing your chocolates at room temperature (below 75 degrees Fahrenheit), out of direct sunlight.  Most items will have their expiration date on the back (item’s shelf life varies) but generally they are as follows:

Bonbons & Candy Bars: 4 weeks

Caramels: 12 weeks

Molded Figures: 6 months

Carl, Lil' Carl, and Carla : 18 Months


Q: What do you offer that is sugar free?

A: We do not have any sugar free items at this time.


Q: What do you offer that is vegan?

A: We have two vegan options. Our Amazonian chocolate bar and Safari chocolate bar are both vegan.


Q: What products are Gluten Free?

A: We have quite  a few gluten free products. You can find the full list on our Allergens and Ingredients page here, on our website.


Q: Do you offer any kind of discounts year round?

A: We offer a 5% off discount on your box of chocolates if you bring your box in for a refill. You save us a box, we save you 5%! This offer is only available in our store locations. It is not offered online. We also offer a 10% off military discount with ID in store only.


Shipping and Delivery Questions

Q: Do you offer any local delivery services? 

A: Yes! We offer a local Courier service called Alto. It is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. During checkout please make sure you have selected Shipping as your method of choosing. Then if your destination address is within 35 miles of our facility, you should see the Alto option in the shipping methods portion of checkout. Please remember when you are selecting your "Ship Date" in the calendar, that delivery orders are only available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30PM. Q: Where is my order? I selected my delivery date during checkout. 

A: The date selected at checkout is the ship date. Ship date is the day the order leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number at the email entered when it has shipped. 


Corporate Orders, Customized Products, and Wholesale 

Q: Who do I contact to make a corporate order, and how do I contact them?

Email is the preferred method of communication as I’m not always available to answer my phone but I will always call back if someone leaves a voicemail.


Q: Do you offer bulk discounts? 

A: Yes! We offer bulk discounts based on order total before tax and shipping. 10% off orders between $1,000 - $2,999 and 15% off orders of $3,000 or more. 
For a limited time during the fall months, we offer an additional 5% off clients who are able to place their holiday orders in full by Wednesday, November 9th. This means a minimum of 5% to a maximum of 20% off your total, depending on where the total ends up. 
“In full” means final quantity, product selection, and address list if the order is being shipped.


Q: Are you able to customize orders? 

A: Yes! We have tons of custom options at varying price points and lead times. 
Your best reference point will be page 2 of the corporate gift guide, found on here or on a printed hand out in store. Page 2 briefly details options, lead times, and pricing. 
We cannot customize the actual box but we can customize other elements that come with the box, like the belly band, flavor guide or include a custom logo card. 
We can include outside cards if you prefer to create your own holiday cards to be included with your shipments. We will just need to ensure to receive them a couple business days before your order is due to ship.


Q: Can you ship? 

A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States. 
We do not technically ship internationally at this time but we can make exceptions if our client insists and is willing to accept damage that may occur during extended transit. 
Shipping rates are calculated based on distance between our warehouse in Garland to the recipient. During the cool months, we offer all shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight. During the warm months, we offer Overnight only to prevent melting. 
You can submit your address list on an excel spreadsheet and we can process your full list together for one transaction. You can find that spreadsheet here

Q: Do you wholesale your products?
