Shipping and Return Policy for Corporate Gifts

Returned Shipment Policy

Kate Weiser Chocolate assumes all address information provided is correct, therefore we are not responsible for any returned packages due to the following reasons:

  • wrong address information
  • recipient has moved 
  • recipient refuses package upon delivery

If your package is returned for one of the above reasons, we will inform you as such and provide an opportunity to re-send the package with the purchase of a new box and shipping fee. Due to the delicacy of our chocolates, we cannot send the same box of chocolates twice. 

If the reason is through the direct fault of FedEx, we will issue a refund for that package on their behalf. Kate Weiser Chocolate is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions that are beyond the control of KWC or FedEx.

Kate Weiser Chocolate wants your recipients to receive their boxes without complication! In consideration of this, we humbly ask all our clients to double check their address information before submitting to us.

Damaged Packages

Please alert our corporate department regarding any damage within a timely fashion. No replacements or refunds will be considered more than 3 business days after delivery – so please open and inspect your packages promptly.

Holiday Shipping

Kate Weiser Chocolate does not ship out the following days:

  • The day before Thanksgiving
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day

If you are a holiday client, please keep in mind that Christmas is on Friday, December 25th 2020. If you would like your holiday gifts to be received before Christmas, they will need to be shipped out no later than Monday, December 21st, 2020.
