Shipping and Return Policy for Corporate Gifts
General Shipping Information
During the warm shipping season, we must allow at least 24 hours to properly prepare your package
before it is sent out. Same day shipping is not offered.
Our website currently ships to U.S addresses only and does not ship to P.O boxes. Please ensure all
shipping address information is correct and that you have provided a street address, company name,
suite or apartment number when applicable to ensure proper delivery. A fee of $18 will be required to
modify a shipping address once the package has been shipped.
Returned Shipment Policy
Kate Weiser Chocolate assumes all address information provided is correct, therefore we are not
responsible for any returned packages due to the following reasons:
- wrong address information
- recipient has moved
- recipient refuses package upon delivery
If your package is returned for one of the above reasons, we will inform you as such and provide an
opportunity to re-send the package with the purchase of a new box and shipping fee. Due to the
delicacy of our chocolates, we cannot send the same box of chocolates twice.
If the reason is through the direct fault of UPS, we will issue a refund for that package on their
behalf. Kate Weiser Chocolate is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions that are
beyond the control of KWC or UPS.
Kate Weiser Chocolate wants your recipients to receive their boxes without complication! In
consideration of this, we humbly ask all our clients to double check their address information before
submitting to us.
Damaged Packages
Please alert our corporate department regarding any damage within a timely fashion. No replacements
or refunds will be considered more than 3 business days after delivery – so please open and inspect
your packages promptly.
Holiday Closures & Shipping
Kate Weiser Chocolate does not ship out the following days:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas week- December 25th-December 29th
- New Year's Day- January 1st
- We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays
