Shipping and Return Policy for Corporate Gifts

Returned Shipment Policy

Kate Weiser Chocolate assumes any and all address information provided is correct. 

If your package is returned to our facility, we will follow up with FedEx to determine the reason. Packages can be returned for:

  • wrong address information
  • recipient has moved 
  • recipient refuses package upon delivery

Once the reason for return is determined, we will contact the client to see if they would like to purchase a new box + shipping to send back to the recipient assuming address information has been updated. Due to the delicacy of our chocolates, we cannot send the same box of chocolates twice. 

If the reason is through the direct fault of FedEx, we will issue a refund for that package on their behalf. KWC is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions that are beyond the control of Kate Weiser Chocolate or FedEx.

Kate Weiser Chocolate wants your recipients to receive their boxes without complication! In consideration of this, we humbly ask all our clients to double check their address information before submitting to us.

Damaged Packages

Please alert our corporate department regarding any damage within a timely fashion. No replacements or refunds will be considered more than 3 business days after delivery – so please open and inspect your packages promptly.

Holiday Shipping

Kate Weiser Chocolate does not ship out the following days:

  • The day before Thanksgiving
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day

If you are a holiday client, please keep in mind that Christmas is on Friday, December 25th 2020. If you would like your holiday gifts to be received before Christmas, they will need to be shipped out no later than Monday, December 21st, 2020.
